Rivierasca, and rivierasca for generations: I have “many RIVÊA” within me, my creative heritage is the sum of different coastal villages whose artisanal traditions are the result of the millenary history of the Mediterranean.
I love playing with the conjunction of opposites, inspired by the ones that approach all the Riviera of the world: Azzurra, Smeralda, Blanca, dei Fiori, dei Limoni…Places united by chromatic explosions that appears dissonant only in appearance.
I choose stylistic combinations that initially seems unlikely and risky, but their result is a smile and a “…why not?!”, exactly as hundreds of years ago riviera villages were built in improbable and difficult places without fear of daring and, despite all, they survive to their history getting to the present days.
These are the places of my life, of the holidays of my youth and where today I take refuge to find comfort and inspiration: places that are never banal, that never leave you indifferent, that makes you dream
